ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a well-established team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in claims, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding policies, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer care. I attended a local university and later went on to Touro Law School, bringing a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to how we serve our customers and support our team.

Our office is located in a charming, walkable village area, and the environment is pleasant, personal, and highly relationship-driven. We value face-to-face interactions and have a tenured team that truly enjoys working together and being part of the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Greg D'Amico - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
