Do you have a Commercial AND Personal Lines License? Do you like helping people? As an Account Associate for our agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. This is a sales and customer service position.
If you are Outgoing, Honest, Hardworking, and Dependable.... then we would like to speak with you. The ideal candidate has their insurance license(s) in good standing and is comfortable selling and servicing customer accounts, and they work well as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Massapequa Park.
- Our office is open 9am- 5pm m-f and 9-12:30 sat.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2007.
